I was honored to travel to Rome, Italy this year to teach orthopedic surgery. This trip, we instructed the lateral suture procedure with recent innovative changes, and the tibial tuberosity advancement. After the courses, we took some time and traveled Rome to see some of the local sites. Rome is a magnificant city, and very large. It was impossible to see it all in one day.
